Delfia sought to expand its operations by establishing a new corporate office in a strategic location, with infrastructure aligned to its growth plan and institutional identity. Explen led all phases of the project under the Built to Suit model, combining specialized real estate consultancy, technical intelligence, and implementation management. Our involvement included:
- Advising on property selection, considering infrastructure, location, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness
