Explen was responsible for completely renovating the common areas of the CEVI building, focusing on functionality, well-being, and asset enhancement. The project transformed an underutilized small square into a modern social space, with areas for snacks, a relaxation zone, and collaborative interaction.
We also revitalized the reception area, aligning its design with the client’s positioning and creating a more welcoming experience from the moment of entry.
Explen’s involvement included developing the visual design, technical sizing, and infrastructure, as well as comprehensive management of the construction and suppliers. The result was a contemporary, efficient space focused on the quality of life of its users — reinforcing our commitment to solutions that unite aesthetics, operation, and purpose.
